The breakfast was excellent, complemented by the hotel's ideal location in a quiet residential neighborhood in El Poblado, yet close to the city's attractions. the facilities, including a pool area, gym, and spa, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our stay despite the minor inconvenience.
